In addition to the market value appraisals for clientele, Doug has also performed titan real estate & investment cost valuations for insurance companies and is very familiar with construction features, methods, and materials. Recently, Doug has gained minor experience in commercial appraising and is currently pursuing his license as a real estate agent to supplement his real estate background.

He is an alumni of the Leadership Austin Emerge Program. Prior to starting her career in real estate appraisal, Beth worked in procurement for a public safety equipment distributor. After recognizing her passion for real estate she decided to pursue a career in real estate appraisal.

In May ofshe joined the Titan Valuation team as a real estate appraiser trainee, while she continues to work toward becoming a Certified General Appraiser. Previously he owned his own title abstracting business covering all of central Texas. He studied creative writing, drawing, acting and philosophy at the University of Texas is a licensed barber, an accomplished musician and has travelled extensively abroad.

He graduated with a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Texas and has been a local to Austin for nearly 2 decades. Lance has also been beneficial in training new employees in software, regulations and company policies and procedures.

A UT Austin alumnus, Chris began his career in the real estate industry in performing land records research for oil and gas lease litigation at a law firm in Dallas, Texas. He then moved to a nationwide appraisal management company where he assisted with quality and compliance reviews of family residential appraisals for J.
