I think just during weekends there is not enough stuff members to take care of.
The stuff was very nice and helpful. Big rooms with a seawiev. A first class restaurant with very good and welcoming staff. And the beach is just outside.
We like this hotel very much and we will definitely come. Middle of July it was a little bit crowded. Clean room, comfy bed, good sound insulation. Great food especially in lobster restaurant. Spacious and quiet room. They were nicely welcomed by the staff and they fully enjoyed their stay.
The room was amazing with a stunning sea view. Large and openable windows made the sea visible and audible for all the time, even when waking up in the morning on your bed!
Food was excellent too with a great choice of sea fishes for a dinner. No doubts, will be returning there for sure! Is a little bit overcrowded during weekends and during that time weekends cleaning stuff was not able to keep all in place. There was lack of water in distributors and a lot of plastic cups everywhere coming out of garbage bin. The breakfasts were very good and with multiple options. Caffe on top — waiter realy arogant with 0 English Standart 5 star hotel — nothing to claim, I am sure that we will visit.
This comfortable hotel has. Kids area is in general nice but needs improvement in it’s equipment. Animators are very kind though and great with the kids — furniture in our room was very used, carpet with lots of spots — shower flooded the bathroom regardless of how long we waited for the water to drain. Staff doesn’t understand English. Spa is awsome Hotel is on the beach.
Reception staff is a hit and miss. Gentlemen that was registering us in was very helpful and polite. But the woman that took over from him was very rude and dismissive.
The rooms were clean but the furniture looked quite aged. I noticed that you are treated quite differently by the hotel restaurant staff depending how are you dressed.
We’ve poped in zdrojowa invest & hotels group late lunch straight from the beach and it was hard to grab waiters attention but when we came back for a late night dinner all dressed up due to the party we attended, the waiting staff were all over us. The restaurant menu was quite small. The annoying part was that a lot of things were not available at all but the staff was not informing us about it when we were seated. They waited till you decided what you want just to tell you: sorry we don’t have it today.
Very hard to find parking space anywhere near the hotel. Forget about getting a space in hotel parking without booking it in advance. Overall the 5 stars are a bit too generous.
Close to the beach. The breakfast buffet is quite impressive.
